Journey into your inner mind in my small-group workshops, using the power of your imagination, to try on or rehearse new actions, behaviors and patterns of thinking, creating new mental blueprints or neural programs. Even small, subtle new changes in the way you think or react in certain situations, can have a positive impact on your life.

No Sweat Presentation Skills Workshops (Incl optional 15-min visualizations)

  • Structure It  (Making your pointCreate a simple structure that makes it easier to engage your audience and have them follow your call to action. Useful for when put on the spot.

  • Say It  (Finding your voice)  Simple ways to enhance the 'listenability' of your voice and to minimise any vocal distractions. No weird vocal exercises required!

  • Express It  (Managing your body language & props)  Deliver in a more relaxed and polished way, communicating confidence, rather than phsyically distracting!

  • Answer It  (Dealing with the audience Confidently handle questions or objections from your audience. Never fear an audience question again!
